I can verify that the final one definitely works, though. I had a question as to whether the character between the 'Q' and the 'Y' was an S or a 5. It's an S. The map of the final area (click for larger): I didn't need to map most of Faxanadu, but it was helpful for the final area. The area not only wraps around at the edges, but the way it wraps is somewhat complicated: You don't necessarily warp to the other side of the same row, but might warp to a different row.
